What is the Sales Mastery Index?
The Sales Mastery Index (SMI) is Wavelength Labs' proprietary diagnostic assessment for sales professionals. It measures skill levels across core selling competencies using 20 scenarios drawn from real sales situations and built from decades of field experience. Participants complete the SMI before training to establish a baseline, then reassess months later to measure actual skill growth. How long does a Wavelength Labs workshop take?
Workshops are delivered in two formats. The in-person format runs two consecutive days on-site with your team. The virtual format is five sessions of three hours each, spread across one week. Both formats cover the same content and include pre-training assessment, live instructor-led skill building with extensive role-play practice, and post-training reassessment. The 12-month AI role-play certification begins after the workshop.
